Thank you to all who have submitted for the upcoming issue!
The submission count this go-round has dwarfed past years (nearly doubling the past highwater mark). Knowing this, we've communicated with submitters that we're having to amend our decision date back a couple weeks. Otherwise, we are still (optimistically) targeting a publication date by Halloween!
In the event that we have to delay the publication date, the good news is with such a deep submission pool, we're hoping we'll be able to offer up a mammoth-sized sixth issue, as we'll try to continue to adhere to an acceptance rate of 10-20% as we have in past years.
